COURTESY POST Need a good quiet feline companion? Look no further, Tigger may be the cat for you! Helen Hendricks is searching for a new human companion for Tigger, who used to belong to her mom who recently passed away. “My mother passed away 12 days ago and has left behind Tigger, the most wonderful companion cat. Originally a stray, my mother brought him into her home 2 years ago and has been such a dear friend and good company for her ever since.” Tigger’s a friendly, confident and content cat. He is not demanding or needy, and has a quiet disposition. Tigger will sit on your lap, or if you prefer, you can ask him to sit beside you on a chair and he is fine with that as well. He does love to sit in an open window when the weather is warm and find a sunny place to lay on cooler days Tigger loves watching Jeopardy in the evenings with his person, and keeps her company while she’s reading good books with a cup of tea , journal/letter writing, or entertaining other women friends. He will put up with men friends if they are not loud and will warm up to them once he becomes familiar with them. At one time he was an outside cat, but he has been kept inside for the past two years and he seems quite content with that arrangement. Tigger is around 4, maybe 5 years old – a very healthy, sturdy kitty with a white and ginger coat and he’s is fastidiously clean! He does not like dogs or other cats so would probably prefer finding a quiet home with an older single woman who is searching for a reliable companion pet.
