CRESCENT HOT DOGS: Here is an EASY, WEIGHT WATCHER and KID-FRIENDLY recipe I generally do in the oven but, THANKS TO THIS SC PAGE, tried them in slow cooker last night. For WEIGHT WATCHERS, 2 of these are 8 Points Plus if you use exact ingredients. Put slight slit down length of hotdog and cut string cheeses in 1/2 lengthwise. Put a 1/2 cheese strip in each slit in hot dog. Wrap crescent roll around and place on parchment paper in slow cooker and use tea towel under sc lid. With MY slow cooker, it took 1 hour 20 min. on HIGH. YUM and they even BROWNED!!!!!!
