Call me soppy if you like but I love this: the week I started the support group Making Friends with Anxiety here on Facebook, Karen Maddock shared a photo which appeared in my personal timeline with the words Be Kind. I then shared this in the new group and said I thought it could be our group motto. Ten weeks later, we have nearly 1000 members, but more important than the numbers is how supportive and generous and, yes, *kind*, the members are to one another. (Were here: https://facebook/groups/makingfriendswithanxiety/ ) One of them, a young woman called Lois, who is very wise for someone of such tender years, has just turned the original words into this. So I thought Id share it back on my own page, and bring the kindness full circle.
