Can any one tell me , as of current contract and agreements any Wahi bond that is passed, all college place residents have to pay as well , until that bond is payed off , even though the college place residents dont get to vote on it, . My question is does this new bond also fall under that contract? Because Wahi is advertising that the college place kids are already open enrolled so its for those kids as well . And if not does that mean once CP kids start at their new high school does that mean that the extra money calculated to be paid by all will be rolled over to the Walla Walla taxpayers and doubling their property taxes or increasing their rent by a few hundred dollars a month ?
