Can you run or ride for the Hospice this autumn? Eden Valley Hospice is encouraging you to either get into the saddle or pull on your running shoes and support the Hospice this September and October. On Sunday 29 September hundreds of cyclists of all ages will take to the quiet, country lanes of the Solway Coast at the annual Cycle the Solway event. With three routes, 100km, 50km, and 25km, it is the perfect event for cyclists of all abilities. A week later a group of Team EV fundraising superheroes will pound the streets of Carlisle at the Great Cumbrian Run, but will you be joining them? The 13.1 mile challenge will take fundraisers through Carlisle City Centre and the surrounding towns and villages. Will you be getting into gear and supporting the Hospice?
