Sous Chef: •Culinary or college degree preferred •Minimum of 3-5 years in a similar position •Has a focus for high volume production •Knowledgeable of modernist cooking techniques and preparations •Successful candidates will be a highly organized, focused culinary professional with experience in a wide range of cuisine and cooking techniques.
