Catering Chef Positions (Philadelphia) compensation: based on experience Progressive and upscale Philadelphia catering company searching for talented, energetic, and responsible individuals to grow our dedicated culinary team. Sous Chef: •Culinary or college degree preferred •Minimum of 3-5 years in a similar position •Has a focus for high volume production •Knowledgeable of modernist cooking techniques and preparations •Successful candidates will be a highly organized, focused culinary professional with experience in a wide range of cuisine and cooking techniques. Event Chefs: •Experience with off-premise events vary in size and difficulty •Able to work in a wide range of work environments •Organized, able to give directions, and successfully lead a team Cooks: •Culinary degree preferred •Minimum of 2 years of production experience •Willing to work in a high volume, fast paced kitchen environment •Able to follow recipes Pastry Chef: •3-5 years of experience in a hands on chef position encompassing all aspects of production, creativity, and successful design •Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate production of wedding cakes, pick up desserts, and plated desserts with a creative twist ***All compensation based on experience reply by email: roth@cbdevents
