Cedric 2 yrs old, 68 lbs, male, unaltered Cedric was found abandoned in the woods with a chain collar attached to a tree on a board with almost no room to touch the ground. He was trembling and extremely faint when he arrived at the shelter and was immediately transported to an outside Vet. He will be returning to the shelter (BARCS) this afternoon after spending the last couple of days under 24hr monitoring and care. Cedric is now doing fantastic and hopeful of a speedy recovery! He will need continued antibiotics for infection and some rest until he is ventral neck wound is fully healed.
