Charles Eimers of Michigan being arrested and restrained by Key West Police Department after running his PT Cruiser onto the beach at Duval Street on Thanksgiving Day 2013. Within a few minutes the man in the video would be unconscious. He was thereafter pronounced dead. His sister believes #police were in the wrong and that there is a cover-up regarding her brothers death. They say he got out of the car, ran and had a heart attack. The video clearly shows thats not what happened. This cell phone video shot by a bystander surfaced about two weeks after the incident. It appears to show Eimers getting out of the car and surrendering to police. Eimers clearly laid on the ground before the officers arrested him.
