Charles Kacprowicz RE: ARTICLE V COUNTERMAND AMENDMENT CONVENTION Folks, we have made progress. I am personally excited because with the Countermand Amendment we will be able to rescind any Executive Order, Congressional Statute, Court decision and regulatory ruling (EPA, etc.). With only 30 Countermands the States can disallow any law or ruling that is burdensome to their citizens, businesses or Industries. With the Amendment, States become partners in government - not subjects. The Countermand Amendment is presently advancing in State Legislatures and is expected to be ratified as an Amendment to the U.S. Constitution by late 2015 or early 2016. We now have an excellent chance to reclaim our Constitutional Republic. However, we still need help: State Directors; Legislative Directors; Coordinators; and Supporters. 2014 is promising to be a very big year for the Countermand Amendment and America.
