Chicken & Corn Chowder 2 cups whole kernel corn 4.5 cups of water 4 Skinless, boneless chicken breasts, diced salt and pepper, to taste 2 carrots, peeled and diced 2 Potatoes, peeled and diced 2 Stalks celery, thinly sliced 1 onion, finely diced 2 pkgs KNORR Chicken Noodle Soup 1 cup cream Combine onions, celery, potato, carrots, salt and pepper and water in a pot, bring to the boil, then reduce the heat and allow to simmer for 20 minutes. Add the diced chicken pieces, corn and dry contents of the KNORR Chicken Noodle Soup, bring back to the boil and simmer for 10 minutes. Stir in the cream, adjust the seasoning if necessary and serve.
