Chief Justice, distinguished and respected, Mr. John Roberts, sir, as you have slowly, eradically, and surely learned of my victimization as a law enforcement professional by President Obamas administration, with substantial clear, convincing and transparent evidence that in fact, President Obamas actions targeted the heinous killing of a law enforcement professional while on his official police duties and that he with all motives, intentions, recklessness, and knowing the potential outcome, acted to produce such harm in what he called a politically motivated attack. I, Ret. Officer Pena, Eliut B. Shield # 29680 Tax# 935485, CPS, CAB, NYPD, demand his resgnation from office. Sir, if you believe in my leadership, USA-DR Subliminal War Conflict, having president Obamas resignation is a vital tactic that will benefit this nation in the long run, no excuses. I, as stated in the passed, will not participate in this matter more that what I already have. I am also, neutral, if the administration supported by the judicial branch of our government, places me aside, to have president Obama follow up with his recklessness, 08.
