China by Michael Patrick Murphys Anti-Communist ego Somebody was defending China and Nixons Opening the Door in one of the posts, but I was at work and now its way up there somewhere. So let me get on with the program in this new post. Remember to look up my book The Government by Michael Patrick Murphy on Amazon. I warned about China back in 2001 when I started writing it on September 12th. Our problems here in America certainly have a lot to do with our own lack of honesty and discipline. Today, China is the number one economic power in the world. This is truly our own fault, and as the worlds premier economic power, China has a responsibility to its own country to be the biggest and baddest military power as well. That is the primary responsibility of most governments—protection of their people. But that is not exactly what Chinas elite are up to. Like the power-elite in most countries, we the people are only of value to their own interests in world domination and control, Darth Sidious style. People knock my anarchistic leanings, but that is always the result of the elites power games, except that their games lead to a dismal form of anarchy—a form where folks havent a clue how to live that way. Yes, business desires a stable environment, but at what cost? Our freedoms? Having a Chinese style? I think not. When Britain and the United States stole Chinas cities in the Opium Wars, the most recent give back being Hong Kong, we opened pandoras box. Today, the American people have actually undermined their own economy by spending so much on Chinese goods, money that doesnt come back to the United States except in four forms. Loans to our government (making our own government more or less owned by China), more goods for us to increase their wealth with, bribes to our politicians to give China their way and to downplay the threats they make to our way of life, and last, the build up of their military and their quiet intervention into the internal affairs of the third world, Africa and Central and South America. We, the American people, pay for this each time we buy a Chinese product. We seldom, if ever, consider the ramifications of what we have done in our own laziness despite the fact we are willing to save a plastic tree at the supermarkets. Thats one of the last things you can call a Chinaman, is lazy. Sleeping dogs are lying around everywhere in the so-called, free world. The last thing China is, is free. Asks the students of Tiananmen Square. I say, stop being lazy and ignorant. Learn to be more honest and disciplined and our government will do the same.
