Chocolate chip cookies Maida 1 cup,baking powder 1/2 tsp,baking soda 1/4 tsp Powdered sugar 1/2 cup Cocoa powder 1/4 cup Chilled butter 1/2 cup Vanilla essence 1/4 tsp Chocolate chips 2 tbsp Mix butter and maida together till it resembles bread crumbs.Add sugar,cocoa powder,baking powder,baking soda and essence.Just mix till it forms a ball.Mix chocolate chips to it.Reserve some to sprinkle on top.Bake at 170C for aroun 15 minutes.Keep an eye on as they will not change color,only the edges will be dry.They will be soft in centre,but will become crunchy when cold.
