Christmas isnt about how much your children get. Or how much you can afford. Its not about who all you buy for or even presents for that matter. Its not about santa clause or stockings, and its not about candy!!! Yes I buy Christmas presents for my children but Ive went to junk stores and bought used toys and replaced batteries for my children. Its about joy. Its about seeing smiles on their faces. Whether the toy costed .50 or $100. It doesnt matter!!! If you dont have ONE present, you should be happy. Nothing makes me more mad then to hear people complain about not being able to afford gifts or not getting what they want for Christmas.. sure Id love a new pair of shoes. Id love a new coat, or a new phone. But Im gonna wake up Christmas morning thanking God. Thanking him for sending that little baby boy. That precious life, born in a manger, whos mother was a virgin. For sending his son to this earth on that beautiful day knowing he would grow on this earth just to be crucified for our sins!!! Christmas is the day our saviour was born!! Christmas is a day that our God chose to let Jesus christ be born just so you might be saved!! Until you get this through your head you will not understand the true meaning of Christmas .. instead of telling you children that Santa brought the toys, why not tell them that God blessed you with the money to buy a used toy or even a .50 cent piece of candy so that we can celebrate his sons birthday! It isnt about the price it isnt about the toys!! Its about celebrating Jesus birthday!!!!!!
