City Council Meeting Tonight October 15th at 6:00PM at City Hall! The address is 77 Fair Drive. The City Council will decide tonight whether to hold a rehearing for the Pacific Avenue turnaround/parking lot/tot lot project. For the people that dont want paradise paved, please show up and ask the council for a rehearing. In order to have a rehearing, the council must find that theres new information to warrant a rehearing, i.e. the letter from the State Historic Preservation Officer or any other information the council did not have or were not made aware of previously. Public testimony on this particular item should target NEW information relevant to the project. Other issues related to Fairview Park and the Pacific Avenue turnaround/parking lot/tot lot project outside the narrow scope of the agenda item are best brought up during public comments.
