Clarification on NO SUGAR. NO ingredient of anything you eat should have SUGAR OF ALL FORMS in it: i.e. agave, high fructose corn syrup, cane sugar, maple syrup, brown sugar, raw sugar, etc.... Honey in small doses is allowed and fruit is ok (video soon to come for you guys on what fruits are better). Some whole foods will still have sugar in them, I.e. 1-2g in protein powder, almond butter, etc. Be aware of how much you consume but as long as its natural, it is allowed.
