Classes are ramping back up for the fall season! Plus, you’ve still got all this week to enjoy some FREE workouts, both at the YWCA downtown and the Dunbar Community Centre. If you’ve ever wanted to try Zumba, or just want to check out any other great resistance-training or cardio classes, now’s your chance! Join me this week: Monday: Low-impact aerobics at Dunbar, 11am (FREE!) Body sculpt at the Y, 5:15pm (FREE!) Zumba at Dunbar, 7:30pm (FREE!) Tuesday: Zumba at Killarney (NOT a free class, but session begins this week!) Wednesday: Cardio Core at VGH Wellness Centre, 12pm (regular class for members) Zumba at Dunbar, 7:30pm (FREE!) Friday: Low-impact aerobics at Dunbar, 11am (FREE!)
