Colette Carrs, Cooking up ideas like my brain is on a stove.. had crop up in my mind, after knowing the interesting ingredients of #FIAWinterEnergizer #Week03 By Adding, some more ingredients like: 1/2 cup of my brains A pinch of creativity A tablespoon of hardwork This is what I ended up with, for my first entry to #FIAWinterEnergizer #Week03 Crunchy, Straight, Curled & Twisted #cornmeal Churros. Sprinkled with four different flavors- sugar & cinnamon, salt n pepper, chaat masala & some sauted in #butter n #green garlic. To be dipped in a Bread Bowl full of Spinach cream cheese dip. When it comes to a cream cheese, Philly always pops up in my mind & mouth too 😜. A soft, mild tasting fresh cream cheese with a high fat though is used to prepare a #Spinach dip. Berries..! My favorite ingredient outta the five, so i chopped n loaded a bread bowl full of #strawberries, to taste it more yummylicious with a creamy dark chocolate dip. Its said, A recipe has no soul. You as the cook must bring soul to the recipe... So i tried to do the same & here it is...🍴
