Coming home after a very fun and inspirational day at the Legacy Leadership NC 147 project at HOMESTART in Chapel Hill . This team of 3 leaders did a major makeover of a large kitchen and created a beautiful play room for the children who live there. They also had the spa come to the families at Homestart by brining massage therapist, Barbara Belscher Kulp, and lots of women doing hair, mani/pedis and hand massages. Thanks also to so many other leadership graduates for pitching in and giving a hand. Really sweet day. Im glad Iris and Zeev get to go see people doing great things in the world. I mostly want to acknowledge my friends and NC147 leaders- Albina Albina, Veranika Shalima Keith Bartholomew and coaches Mary Sue Harrelson and Carl McMillon. Today the women and children at Homestart felt loved and appreciated. Very cool project! Need pics to share!
