Commentaire dune cliente: To whom it may concern, I am writing to you to express our sincere gratitude for the exceptional service we once again received after a short stay at your hotel in Maniwaki. This is the second year we have made a March trip to your beautiful little town and both times have been memorable occasions. Being disabled and in a wheelchair, it is sometimes very difficult to find accessible accommodations that afford our family a barrier-free get-a-way....your establishment is hands-down the most accessible out there! Thank you for that. I also need to say that the staff at your Auberge is nothing short of amazing. They go above and beyond their duties to ensure the satisfaction of their guests. Everyone that we had the pleasure of dealing with, was superb. In particular, I would like to comment on Nicole...she is the reason we will be back again this coming summer. You have a true gem in terms of customer care with Nicole. We even requested some pictures with her as she was an integral part of our good time! What a beautiful person! I hope your staff is recognized for their excellence. Thank you again for everything and we look forward to our next visit to LAuberge du Draveur!
