Community Solutions | Service Support Officers | 2 positions fulltime and Part Time 2 x Service Support Officers - Mackay Community Solutions is a key provider of diversified services, specialising in employment; care; health and wellbeing; disability support and youth services as well as social enterprise projects. With around 400 team members, our footprint covers more than 20 offices throughout regional Queensland. We are currently looking for two(2) experienced and enthusiastic people to join our team. We have two positions available - 1 x Full-time (CS94/14) and 1 x Part-time (CS95/14) - 38 hours per fortnight. Both positions are based at our Mackay South site, and each role of the Service Support Officer will be the face of the organisation managing a busy switchboard, meeting and greeting people at the front desk and assisting with any general administration duties associated with the role to ensure the effective and efficient coordination of reception and regional operational service. The aim of this position is to provide a professional, friendly and proactive front office reception service which effectively and efficiently deals with all site visitors and clients with complex issues from all streams including available workers.
