#Conface Calling Comcast Customer Service? You Should Probably Record It.: Many customer service departments make a practice of recording inbound calls from customers. A customers recent interaction with Comcast illustrates why consumers might want to do the same. Almost a month ago, Ryan Block, an AOL product manager, recorded his call with a Comcast rep, who stonewalled him for more than 18 minutes when he tried to cancel his service. Now, another Comcast customer has gotten results from the company only after recording his frustrating call with customer service.
