Congrats to our Dominican Sisters! (By the way, Sister Mary Evelyn, Class of 1959 at NDHS, once served as President there.) U.S. News and World Report has ranked Aquinas College in Nashville as 14th in Best Regional Colleges in the South, up from a ranking of 30th in 2013. They also recognized Aquinas for being 4th in Best Colleges for Veterans in the same regional college category, up from 7th in the previous year. It was founded in 1961 by the Dominican Sisters of St. Cecilia Congregation and is located on a scenic 83-acre campus in the heart of Nashville and is the only four-year Catholic liberal arts college in middle and east Tennessee.
