Rest 5min, 21-15-9 reps of Over head squat(95/35) box jumps(24/20) rowing TUE - Bench press & Snatch grip high pull from the floor 5x3 or Row 400/40 lunges Row 300/30 lunges Row 200/20 lunge 100/10 Recover then both groups 4 x 40sec on : 20sec off with no rest between exercise 1 ring row 2 push ups 3 GHD sit up 4 superman 5 DB overhead ext. 6 planks
