US Assistant Secretary of State Victoria Nuland was grilled by Dana Rohrabacher, a republican Californian congressman and former assistant to president Ronald Reagan, who pointedly asked Nuland if neo-Nazis were involved in the violent protests that ousted Ukraines president earlier this year.
