Conservative Capitalism 101: When the State uses law and violence to protect the rich from the masses of working poor, its called property rights. Without property rights freedom is downright impossible! If the State has but one function, it is to protect the rich from the working poor...er...protect property. If an individual uses violence to protect property, then that is also essential to freedom and is always morally just. When the State uses law and violence to attempt to protect the poor from the ravages of the rich, also called the free market, that is called big government. Big government (does not apply to police, military, etc. who protect private property with State violence) is everything that is wrong with America. If an individual or a group of individuals use violence to attempt to keep more of the wealth created by their labor, then they are simply communists or at the very least, socialists and they are immoral and greedy. Disclaimer: Property rights do not apply to a mans time and labor of which the holy job creators can live lavishly off of without ever doing a single day of labor themselves.
