Considering our OVER $18,000,000,000,000.00 in Federal PUBLIC DEBT Plus, another $116,000,000,000,000.00 in UNFUNDED liabilities, OUR REPUBLICAN and DEMOCRAT public servants, at the FEDERAL LEVEL, HAVE NO POWER to DO ANYTHING about these. IT IS POLITICALLY IMPOSSIBLE, at the FEDERAL LEVEL, for the REPUBLICANS to do ANYTHING about these! Everybody who can fog a mirror KNOWS THAT. ONLY our State Governments have the CONSTITUTIONAL POWER, according to the Kentucky and Virginia Resolutions of 1798-99 by James Madison and Thomas Jefferson, to restore our Ninth and TENTH Amendment laws and nearly double the size of all American Middle Class paychecks without even a pay raise, so that our LOCAL hometown and city economies boom, and without even printing any more money out of thin air. The execution of these highly and STRICTLY Constitutional State legislative measures is the ONLY possible way to politically restore the RULE of our Constitutional laws upon our elected Republican and Democrat usurpers and despots in Washington. These two laws also SUPPORT, DEFEND, PROTECT and will RESTORE our ENTIRE Bill of Rights, The Declaration of Independence, and our WHOLE Constitution UPON our elected Republican and Democrat public servants; and, thus, restore our INDIVIDUAL and States Rights, our State and popular sovereignty, our economy, our American Middle Class wages and salaries, protect our American Middle Class property, and American Middle Class power, FROM the corrupt Supreme Court contemptuous IRS, from our elected Federal USURPERS and from the American voting MOB. These highly and STRICTLY Constitutional State legislative measures, in order to be BINDING, are augmented with an Arrest Provision so that any Federal agent or agency who doesnt obey the RULE of our Ninth and TENTH Amendment laws, who refuse to cease and desist in any UNLAWFUL Federal spending, usurpation or Act of Congress and/or the Executive branch, shall be arrested, jailed, tried, and sentenced in accord with our Constitutional laws, by State and Local Law Enforcement who shall be furnished and prepared with a SERIES of Constitution courses so they procure the tools and knowledge they need to HONOR their OATH to Support and Defend our Ninth and TENTH Amendment laws MADE VIABLE by incremental State nullification of all UNLAWFUL Federal spending, usurpation and Acts of Congress and/or the Executive branch retroactive to the 1913 TRIFECTA of Tyranny and Constitutional TREASON.
