Contemplating this morning......In my heart I would LOVE to run a full marathon in honor of my son, Brandon Ricks. My mind tells me I cant do it..Im too old and too out of shape. It says that Im not disciplined enough to train that hard and that Im setting myself up for failure. I KNOW that most of what my mind says is a lie. SOOOO, Im considering registering for a half marathon today. Currently I cannot run a full 5k without walking some. Fear of failure is making me question whether I should even put this out there to all of you. If I decided to do it, who would be interested in progress reports here on my page or even a separate FB page? Youre my friends, and I will surely need your support and encouragement along the way! Please tell me youre most sincere thoughts, for it or against it. #TheBattleIsReal
