HC JUDGES ARE DOING THAT !!! Bom. HC Judges are Doing Contempt of Constitution + SC By Protecting Guilty Cops !!! Happy Republic Day to All Constitution of India came in to Effect on this Day 26 January in 1950 – Celebrated as Republic Day…And I, 80 Year old Mohini Kamwani – Freedom Fighter’s Widow was Jailed in a False Case on – 26-1-2012 !!! Corrupt Police & Judge Jailed me – after taking BRIBES - & Now – Bombay High Court is – TRYING to “BRIBE” me – by Paying me ONLY Compensation !!! – WHY NO PUNISHMENT TO 4 COPS WHEN THEY ARE PROVED GUILTY – BY NONE OTHER BUT HC & SC ???!!! 1 - If a Common Man files a False Case To Get someone Jailed…He is JAILED as per the Law – SO WHY NO JAIL TERM FOR DIRTY COPS ???!!! 2 - If a Common Man does Forgery… He is JAILED as per the Law – SO WHY NO JAIL TERM FOR DIRTY COPS WHO DID FORGERY & BOM. HC ITSELF CAUGHT THEIR FORGERY IN POLICE STATION DIARY ???!!! 3 - If a Common Man files a False Affidavit…he is Punished for Contempt of Court + Perjury - SO WHY NO PUNISHMENT TO DIRTY COPS ???!!! + 4 – When there is a Clear Law laid down by SC in D K Basu Case for MANDATORY Departmental Action & Contempt of SC for Guilty Cops Violating SC Arrest & Detention + Handcuffing Guidelines - SO WHY NO PUNISHMENT TO DIRTY COPS ???!!! 5 – When there are Clear Laws for Protecting VERY Senior Citizens (80 yrs), Women, Widows - SO WHY NO PUNISHMENT TO DIRTY COPS ???!!! There is a Jail Term for TOUCHING a Woman – But in my Case – Maharashtra Govt. has Given – Medals + Promotions to Dirty Cops ???!!! I was Jailed ILLEGALLY in Corrupt CONgress + NCP Rule – I Thought – BJP Modi & Devendra Fadnavis Maha Govt. will Give me JUSTICE – BUT BJP IS ALSO PROTECTING THE DIRTY COPS – By Police sending me Letters saying – “Your matters are in Bombay High Court so we can not take action against the Cops” !!! And…See How…Bombay High Court…is PROTECTING 4 Guilty Cops – By Doing OPEN Contempt of Constitution, SC, Laws, SC Directions: 1 – One Bench of Bom. HC Directed me to file a Case u/s 156(3) against 4 Guilty Cops in my rim. WP 1857/2014 2 – I Got FIR Order from JMFC Court against Guilty Cops – as per the Directions of Bom. HC 3 – Another Bench of Bom. HC – has Given ex-Parte Stay Order to Guilty Cops on 6-2-2014 in their FALSE Crim. WPs 427/2014 & 439/2014 – Without Notice to & Hearing me ???!!! 4 – And for the last 1 YEAR – Bom. HC is NOT HEARING my above FIR Cases ???!!! + 5 – SC has already DISMISSED the SLP 6534/2013 of Dirty Cops 6 – Whereas SC has Directed me to approach Bom. HC for Prosecution of Guilty Cops BUT STILL – BOMBAY HIGH COURT JUDGES ARE DOING OPEN CONTEMPT OF SC DIRECTIONS & CONSTITUTION !!! Looks like…I will have to Approach SC – AGAIN – for Bom. HC Judges NOT Following SC Orders to PROTECT Dirty Cops & Harassing & DENYING Justice to an 80 year old VERY Senior Citizen Poor Widow of a Freedom Fighter !!! My Late Husband Fought for India’s Freedom Fight & went to Jail with Mahatma Gandhi…and these Corrupt Cops + Judges who have contributed NOTHING in India’s Freedom Fight…BUT…in Free India - they are Taking BRIBES & JAILING Freedom Fighter’s 80 year old VERY Sr. Citizen Poor Widows !!!
