Cookery Classes for 2014 / 2015 Class Cakes / Simply Cooking , Rahanine Lane Rochfortbridge Beginners: Friday 19th September 4:30pm-6:30pm Saturday 20th September 10am-12:30pm Advanced: Friday 26th September 4pm-6:30pm Introducing, Cookery Classes For Home Economics students Saturday 27th September 10am – 12:30pm Classes will run every second week, cost €12 per class including ingrediants Limited places Contact Joanne 0872484615 Beginners class • These classes provides children with the skills to prepare and cook simple sweet and savoury dishes. • During this class kids learn the skills of measuring , weighing , knife skills , kitchen safety and teamwork • All ingredients are provided and kids go home with recipes and what they make Advanced Class • This class is for those that have some cookery experience or have attended cookery class previously. • During this class students will follow more complex recipes and expand on their skills Cookery Classes For Home Economics students from 1st year to junior cert. This class focuses on and compliments the junior cert home economics programme
