Core training class was amazing. I love that burn! And I had my midway check in since I started this A.L.E.E.T. 90 day training program, so far I have burned body fat (29.3 first check in, 26.4 now) my weight has gone from 141.2 to 137.0 and my lean muscle mass went from 102.1 to 102.7, so Ive gained LMM while burning away fat. I know it doesnt seem like much but when I look in the mirror, I see the difference. I see my abdomen muscles forming, my core is getting stronger. I see the difference in my overall shape, especially in my shoulders and arms. My endurance is going up. honestly at my age I feel better now than I ever did in my 20s. Its amazing. I feel bloody fantastic and Im getting closer to my goals in fighting. Happy day :)
