Core work, 30 minutes on the elliptical, and stretching followed by foam rolling to start my weekend off right! Felt pretty good with just some tightness in my calf and ankle. Now to ice my ankle. Hopefully will be stronger than ever when I am cleared to get back to running. Having a tibial stress fracture will not sideline my ability to work on my fitness-Ive worked too hard to let it all go to the wayside. Core work will help me overcome my current weaked areas.
