Correct me if Im mistaken, but I think there is really a certain legal process of accepting volunteers from foreign countries here in the Philippines... Di naman basta2 sila makapunta lang dito and do some works... But thats what I know of non.crisis situation...How about sa crisis situation kaya? Should the process take that too long? I am giving the benefit of the doubt... The legal processing of accepting foreign volunteers will help regulate the people going in and out from the country...This is also as to provide safety precaution sa mga volnteers. That no matter what happen sa kanila doon, they are easily tracked down kasi nasa list na sila sa govs foreig volunteers... Lets just not jump into a conclusion and make swear words against the government in GENERAL like corruption and non-competitiveness... Baka nga lang may legal protocol na dapit gawin but must have been done in a fast pace kasi crisis na ang situation...
