Correct me if i am wrong Report of three member Scrutiny committee Dr Q failed to fulfill HEC criteria for the advertised post as he had 02 published papers in impact factor/HEC recognized journals.while the requirement is 10 research papers published in impact factor/HEC recognized journals. However,being a blue eyed of the administration, the recommendation of the scrutiny committee was illegally ignored in this case and he was appointed as an associate professor,violating the existing appointment rules. The scrutiny committee verdict is that the appointment as associate professor is a grave violation of the HEC criteria for such appointment. Sardar Alam Khan Adv Riaz Daavi
