Crow Challenge day 7! 1/2 way to the end of the challenge! Have you tried any of these yet? This posture is a mix of bakasana (crow) and bhujapidasana (insect pose). Walk your body in close and set 1 knee on the back of arm (like you were getting ready for Crow), then set the other leg on top of shoulder. Sit back on bent elbow while engaging pelvic floor and abdominal muscles. Lift gaze and chest towards horizon as you inhale. Straighten Insect leg while keeping crow leg bent, foot towards buttocks. This one is a favorite of mine and is so much fun to try. Keep in mind that falling is a part of the experience. Open your mind to the possibility of this pose and it might just happen!
