Crowdfunding Alert: A dear friend of mine Candace Kidd is putting out a very specific call-of-assistance -- her daughter Ireland (a wonderful, curious little girl with her mommys red hair, whos very partial to big smiles and warm hugs) is in need of stem cell treatment currently unavailable in the US. As such, she and her husband Anthony will be taking little Ireland halfway across the world - to the more, shall we say medically enlightened country of Thailand - in the hope of saving her eyesight. $1 or $5 (or $100!) anything you can do to help...
