Position: Executive/ Sr. Executive HR (Generalist) Type: Full-time Timings: Morning Gender: Male and Female both Age limit: Not more than 28 years Salary: Market competitive along with other benefits Duties: • Recruitment process handling • Salary and compensation management • Personnel data management • Corresponding with Company Lawyers regarding Tax, EOBI, and other legal issues • Communicating with banks for issues in salary disbursement and new account openings • Develop new policies and procedures and updating/reviewing the existing policy manual Skills required: • The applicant must have hands-on experience and/or proficiency in MS Office particularly MS Word and MS Excel • Must be fluent in reading, writing and speaking both English and Urdu • Strong conceptual knowledge of the different HR functions • Conflict resolution and interpersonal and organization communication skills are mandatory Qualification: BBA/MBA (majors HR) from recognized and reputed universities Experience: 0-2 years.
