Currently in the process of moving out of my 3 bedroom apartment on Lygon street in Brunswick East to another 3 bedroom house in Collingwood on Campbell street. Am looking for a person to fill either of these rooms. The Brunswick place is shared with two other lads in their late 20s, both hard working dudes who are rarely home. Decent sized room in good location, super affordable also at $600 a month in rent. The Collingwood place is shared with two guys. A nice chap named Reuben who studies and works full time as a surveyor, aged 22. I work full time as a screen printer in Collingwood, and in a pub a few nights a week, also aged 22. The place is semi renovated with a modern kitchen and bathroom, polished floor boards and concrete patio. Campbell street is a one way street that runs in between Wellington and hoddle, so traffic noise is minimal. Rent is $775 monthly for the smaller but still decently sized room. Sadly I dont have any photos but if you are interested I can do my best to sort that out in the next few days, can also organise for you to look at either place at almost any time aswell.
