Ive purchased 8 vehicles from dealerships in my lifetime, and I can honestly say Ive never had customer service like I received at Langley BMW. No pushy, aggressive, sleazy sales people, just a nice relaxing buying experience. I wasnt even buying a BMW or a new car! Kristoffer, Joe and Arthur all helped me with my purchase, they were all knowledgeable and answered every question I had. When it came down to negotiating the price, we first couldnt reach an agreement, I ended up talking with the sales manager who was also reasonable and accommodating. We eventually met at a price I felt was fair and they were willing to accept. This is the first vehicle Ive owned that I dont have buyers remorse. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a used car...now I want a BMW!
