DAILY COUNSELING 15TH MARCH 2014 MORE DREAMS IN THE MIDST OF OPPOSITION DR JOHN BENHOTONS Genesis 37:9 KJV [9] And he dreamed yet another dream, and told it his brethren, and said, Behold, I have dreamed a dream more; and, behold, the sun and the moon and the eleven stars made obeisance to me. He dreamt yet another dream tells us that he had a dream before, but the question is, has the first dream come to past?, absolutely no was the answer but in the waiting for the first dream that was facing criticism and strong opposition he dreamt yet another dream. From the verse we can see that jealousy, criticism, envy and opposing allies can not stop you from dreaming. God knew that the people around him were having problem with the first one yet God gave Joseph yet another one more encompassing than the first one. If they are still wondering and questioning how and why should it be you that should have such dream, dont bother about them because God will yet give you a more bigger dream. If your first dream is intimidating them then they should wait for the next one. One thing is that every God given dreams will come to past. God himself said in: Numbers 23:19 KJV [19] God is not a man, that he should lie; neither the son of man, that he should repent: hath he said, and shall he not do it ? or hath he spoken, and shall he not make it good? Joseph said: Behold, I have dreamed a dream more. While they are still battling with accepting the first one, he dreamt a dream more. What I love here is that it was not just another dream but it was a dream MORE. It was more than the first one because in this second one it included two more entities making obeisance. Stay with God, keep your dreams alive, ignore all opposition and wait for that season that is attached to your dreams. I CONGRATULATE YOU AHEAD BECAUSE THEY ARE COMING TO PAST. MEDITATE: Habakkuk 2:3 KJV [3] For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry. Lamentations 3:26 KJV [26] It is good that a man should both hope and quietly wait for the salvation of the Lord . Job 14:14 KJV [14] If a man die, shall he live again? all the days of my appointed time will I wait, till my change come.
