DAILY RECIPE FOR STAYING HEALTHY IN 2015. Good day dear facebook lovers and my online friends.I welcome you all into year 2015 with all pleasure.I know you all have one or more things tho say about your health in year 2014.I mean those unhealthy life-styles you lived which really jeopardized your living healthy. Like they say Health is Wealth.Mans body remains is great asset.It is when a man is healthy enough he would think of building a house, owning a corporate business, buying cars and doing other necessary things in life.If human body is depleted or unhealthy,it ll suffer his activities. Then if we talk of a mans health, there are a lots of things he needs doing to maintain a healthy living standard.And here on this page are enumerated the lists of things that are needed to be be done to access that. (1) Eat Correctly: When i say eat correctly,i mean you must ensure you eat balanced diet.Thats you should eat the six classes of food correctly(e.g Protein, Carbohydrate ,fat&Oil,Vegetable,Mineral&Salts and Water).The reason why some people do have stunt growth is that they are following poor eating habits.Some eat Carbohydrate throughout a day. For instance,morning time(Rice), afternoon time( Soak Garri), evening(Amala).And this remain the time-table they are following everyday.Bet me,people of this manner cannot have a strong growth in their body system. Examples of the classes of food are;Protein(Beans,Eggs,Meat, Soya beans,Milk); Carbohydrates( Maize, Bread,Yam,Pounded Yam,Garri, Amala:Just to explain just a few. (2)Drink Enough Water: H2O is very essential for human body,Its to softening the body and as well aids digestion of food content in the body. (3) Exercise Your Body:Exercise is good for mans health.After number of hour of rigorous works, a need be for any man to exercise his/body.It enables your body system to be in a proper order.It helps you to burn-Out fats from your body which can result to Obess nature.Its a way of managing stresses you accumulated during the working hours in your place of works and stresses from other activities. (4)Relaxation: When i mean relaxation,it is the art of unwinding yourself after the number of hours you spent in your working place.This you can achieve by visiting some interesting places such as,e.g Bar Beach,Resorts centres etc and as well you can relax by sleeping/ lying down on the bed in your bedrooms. Following the above process ll help you to maintain a healthy living standard you need to survive in life.
