DARTMOUTH RAPE CASE, AND OTHERS: When I made this video, I added a piece of information in the video concerning rape victims that were given a diagnosis pertaining to their victimization, which are laws in support of the victim, stopping this from being used to discredit the victim for court in the court room. More of what I stated in my posts below. Please note this for the victim, and anyone involved so that they are kept abreast of current laws protecting the victim, such as Victims Rights Legislation, the law that I wrote, and Americans With Disabilities Act, of which has had many attachments yearly in order to cover cases where the victims credibility is being attacked, as well as disclosure laws. youtu.be/nLCNS74Bne0
