DESPERATE ATTENTION NEEDED FOR OUR IMMEDIATE RELIEF MINISTRY!!! Remember Pastor Apple from the Philippines that is doing such great work in bringing people to Jesus? Well, it would appear that Satan has taken notice and doesnt like it. The newborn son of Pastor Apple Hinampas, pastor of Celebration Church, Manila, Philippines, has been diagnosed with meningitis and is currently undergoing treatment in a Manila hospital. There is no such thing as medical insurance in the Philippines and the doctors have explained to Apple that the hospitalization and treatment will take about three weeks at a cost of somewhere between $4,500-5,000. The elders of The Open Door Church have agreed to receive offerings from members of the church, via offering envelopes, during the next three weeks (October 5-19) for Baby Aenons Medical Expenses and then match the amount received from the churchs treasury. Please pray for Pastor Apple and his family. Pray that the doctors work diligently and that God works in baby Aenon Jeshua Hinampas life to make him strong so that he may grow up to be a soldier for Jesus. Here is the letter that was received from Pastor Apple: I write to you this message because I really need your help. The Lord impressed me to ask you some favor for my son Aenon Jeshua, the result of his Lumbar Puncture Test yesterday was not good and it is so heartbreaking. Our baby has meningitis due to infection in his head and he needs to be treated up to three weeks. I want to ask you a big favor if you could help me raise some financial assistance for my baby’s hospitalization to all your American friends who are so generous; our bill now within 5 days was 62,000 pesos already. According to Aenon’s Doctor, our total bill may raise to 150,000 pesos up to 200,000 pesos or 4,500 to 5,000 dollars. This money ... is so big, I don’t know where to get it but I know that God will provide this money, he gave me some verse “seek and you shall find, knock and the door will be open”, that is why ... I keep on seeking and knocking to all my friends who are generous enough to help my baby’s full recovery. I love my son so much and I ask God to save him and let him grow in normal condition. I know that God will use Aenon for His kingdom in my baby’s generation. We keep on praying that God will touch the hearts of many to extend their help for our baby. God has a message for us why He allowed this to happen; I trust Him and hold on to His promises in Jeremiah 29:11. Maybe He just wanted to test our faith and obedience to Him.
