The shipment was already expensive for me. Nobody gave me a heads up that its going to be expensive for the receiver too. When your people called my consignee and he sounded unsure if he should pay, they told my him that the package may arrive next week when we badly need it to arrive before sept 5. But when I arranged for the payments, the customs cleared it immediately. It seems to me that there is an underlying agreement between your service agent in manila and the customs to make sure your clients pay generously 3. i lost my waybill number but when i asked for assistance at your Philippine DHL express agent, she told me i dont have any choice but to find my waybill because there is no other way to track my parcel without it. there are so many ways to track a parcel and it is my understanding that the purpose of your customer service is just that. to help clients. its either you have a lousy grassroot system or you have a hiring problem. you have such a well-respected name. we expected more. more transparency. more open communication. better and consistent service. dont tell me they have a different system. you are DHL, you work under the same name. all of your parties should step it up.
