Dahil day off ko today... Time for my other passion... Isang simpleng Pork Adobo lang naman ang aking lulutuin. Everybody knows how to cook adobo. I chose liempo-part for my adobo and a quarter of pork liver. All meat in cubes. Salt, pepper, peppercorn, 1 bay leaf, lots of garlic, soy sauce and... Dahil wala na akong sukang iloko..ma try ko nga ang balsamic vinegar. But i also add the usual ordinary table vinegar we have. Then a drop of olive oil. Sabi nila mas madaling lumambot ang karne kapag may konting oil or yung may fats kasi iba daw ang heat na ibinibigay ng fats. I shall marinate it for an hour then will cook in a low fire. Well have the verdict later kung masarap ang may balsamic vinegar. Wala na kasi akong SUKANG ILOKO eh..may secret recipe for all my meat recipe. Tara lets samahan nyo akong magluto. #hobbyday
