You can add your protein powder of choice if you choose. Blend all together and drink for post workout or any meal replacement. How to adjust for you. Here is the base 3 veggies 3 fruits Seeds, ancient grains, hemp, flaxseed Greek yogurt Sweetness ( honey, agave,) Flavouring Adjustments. Heavy protein -use more seeds, grains, yogurt, Less calories - 0 fat Greek yogurt with less seeds, hemp, take out honey Less sweetness, take out honey More sweet without honey, add more fruit and sweet ones such as mango.
