Function as a Steel Meltshop Product Manager for operating plants and ongoing projects in India. 2. Responsible for budget and sales targets, margins of contribution, operating results of WW business 3. In coordination with HUBs guarantees that sales promotion activities are organized with proper resources and skills, keep controls on global sales, monitor market trends and competitors 4. Manage the entire product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities 5. Specify market requirements by conducting market research supported by visits to customers through hub organization (responsible and KAM) 6. Drive the solution set across development team through market requirement, competitiveness and market share 7. Develop and implement a companywide go to market plan working with all departments and Hubs to execute it properly 8. Ensure that internal production and key suppliers are in line with required competitiveness and quality and lead-time 9. Monitors customer satisfaction through periodical contacts 10. Function as project manager for service and spares parts order received from customer. 2. Responsible for quality and delivery of parts in accordance to the designed spec. 3. Review of sales order scope of work 4. Job planning and scheduling of orders. 5. Provide technical direction to supplier for issues experienced during production. 6. Prepare and Send Order Confirmation to Customer 7. Prepare purchase request in accordance to the customer order requirements. 8. Interface with departments Purchase, Engineering, Logistic and Accounts 9. Ensure that supplier has all the necessary information and appropriately briefed about the technical requirement for the parts to be manufactured. 10.
