Darwinism: Thought affected by the research and theories of Charles Darwin (1809-1882), especially the origin of species (1859), which advances the idea of the evolution of biological species by a process of selection in a struggle for EXISTENCE that usually comes down to the survival of the fittest and the death of the less fit. The thinking is clearly important in biology itself and can be extended to social science and even to philosophy .- A Handbook to Literature I found this after proposing my theory on Darwin being a founder, true founder of existentialism by evolution! This means species, especially us, are not given a choice, we must create our existence for the survival of our species. Existentialism, is biology first, second to philosophy!
