We were looking to trade our 2011 Flex in on a new one. He took his time with us, listened to our needs, and wants. He showed us multiple vehicles that night but my wife Heather wasn’t getting the vibe that this was “the car”. He then said that he had the perfect car for us and showed us the 2013 Ford Flex Limited you had on the lot, immediately she fell in love. We left Mooresville Ford Monday evening with the 2013 Flex and smile on both of our faces, Mooresville Ford and Wilbur Rouse will be my first stop when buying any future automobiles. Thank you again Wilbur.
