Day 12- kings canyon. Rim walk only 6kms.... Easy, but the first km and last km are almost vertical ( 1 up and 1 down)...Zoe led the way and did a great job. Garden of Eden was lovely. I must say though that whilst the scenery etc is great, I must preferred the Ayers Rock experience. Saw my first dingo in the wild also.... Well I think he was wild , or maybe a tadge miffed:). Anyway he didnt get any of the spaghetti and meat balls in Jamie Oliver sauce I was preparing. Later, The whole campsite this evening saw the spender of my Kathmandu thermal long johns as I proudly strutted back from the shower block ready for bed. Furthermore the camp kitchen also go an eye full as I boiled the communal kettle for hot water bottles and a cuppa for Sarah Beard and I... Ah such is life... Im growing quite fond of my thermals and may think of other places to show them off
